More Local and Sustainable Food Production in Action

These yummy sourdough breads tempt the tastebuds along with other delicious treats such as Frangipane Tart, Cinnamon Rolls and Pineapple Basil Scones all baked by young bakers Ryan Doggart and Alanthea Clarkson in their backyard brick oven.
You’ll find these energetic and delightful bakers at Cranbrook’s Saturday Market.

It is so exciting to see these activities happening in Cranbrook.  Kudos to the entrepreneurism and energy of these young people who help to bring Cranbrook into the new 'old' ways of thinking - urban farming and backyard baking, sustainable ways of living.
