Music Monday

Children from Cranbrook's Elementary, Junior High and High School gathered in Rotary Park on Monday May 6th to celebrate Music Monday.  This event is coordinated to celebrate the power of music and Cranbrook students have proven the power many times through their productions, concerts and service to the community.  'Music Rocks' a song written by music teacher Kim Lutz was conducted and choreographed by Kim Lutz.  Mr Lutz is one of the many talented Cranbrook music teachers who foster this love of music and the pleasure it brings.  Evan Bueckert conducted the full ensemble in singing 'Is Somebody Singing'.  Astronaut Chris Hadfield and Barenaked Ladies frontman Ed Robertson  collaborated between earth and space to co-write the official song for Music Monday 2013.
